Four day week Nanny position in East London – Nice working days/hours and parking can be provided!
A family with two young children are looking for a nanny to join them four days a week. The oldest goes to nursery and forest school a couple of days a week so you will have time during the week just with the youngest. The parents are pretty easy going and like their children to be treated as people so the suitable person must have a gentle approach. The family also have a dog and although no duties the suitable person must be pet friendly.
General duties:
Physical care of the children, providing activities for the children, taking children on outings and arranging playdates.
Taking oldest to nursery and forest school and picking-up, liaising with keyworkers as needed
Communicating with parents on all aspects of the care of the children
Meal planning and providing well-balanced and nutritious meals for the children, and scaling up the evening meal to be a family meal.
Caring for the child when they are unwell, which may include administering medicine
Cleaning and tidying children’s rooms, and the playroom, lightly tidying and cleaning the kitchen following meals and bathroom following baths (we have a cleaner so no heavy cleaning required, house just needs to be tidy at the end of the day)

Candidate requirements:
Must be pet friendly
Someone who is creative, fun, energetic and also likes being outdoors
Happy to cook for the family (family style meals just making extra)
The family are flexible on experience and looking more for the right person
Good with routine and can take on all daily nanny duties
Must have a good level of English
