A unique opportunity to work collaboratively alongside other Nannies in the home. This position offers variety in working hours!
Job Summary: Two working parents are recruiting a daily Nanny to work alongside their existing two Nannies to care for their five children aged 8, 6 and 5 and 2 and 6 months. There will never be an occasion where the Nanny will be responsible for all the children at one time. The family have a fully staffed home with a housekeeper, gardener, and chef. The two existing Nannies have been with the family for a long time therefore, the family over good longevity to an employee. The role will be reliant on a candidate’s flexibility between the days Monday-Friday whereby, as this is collaborative working the hours and shift pattern may differ week by week, never exceedingly more than 40 hours in one week. The family are offering a very competitive remuneration (between £14-£20 net per hour). The family have two small dogs and two tortoises. The charge will be primarily assisting with the care of the two youngest children.
Duties
Providing activities that will ensure children reach important developmental milestones, such as muddy play and discovering the great outdoors, cooking, painting, and crafting of all kinds.
Arranging and hosting play dates, as well as ensuring social engagements are encouraged.
Preparing meals for child on occasion- An organic, healthy, and varied diet is greatly enjoyed by the baby, both in smooth and lumpy textures. Family do have a Chef but Nanny may be required to assist with preparing children’s meals
Occasional babysitting
Travelling with family is an essential element of the role
