DELRAY BEACH, FL (NATIONWIDE SEARCH) – Travel minded couple is seeking a FULL-TIME LIVE-OUT NANNY for their 3-month-old son. Duties include caring for the baby’s day-to-day needs, understanding the childhood milestones, light cleaning, laundry for the baby, and partnering with the parents to encourage educational growth. The family has 3 Tonkinese cats that may need light care occasionally (feed & water). The hours and schedule will vary from week to week (30-55 hours), but the candidate will be guaranteed full-time pay (40 hours). The perfect candidate will be flexible with their schedule and willing to travel (Ohio, Montana, the Northeast, and the Bahamas). The ability to speak German, Dutch, or Filipino is a bonus. The candidate must be comfortable with the beach and swimming.
Mom and Dad are both in the home the majority of the time and are self-care-minded for themselves and the nanny. The candidate needs to be flexible to work nights and weekends and overnights when traveling. The family is seeking a nanny that has a calm and patient demeanor but is proactive with tasks and duties. An overall self-starter and problem solver. The candidate should be non-judgmental, self-care, and healthy-minded. Need the ability to adjust to different environments with ease, well-traveled or worldly.
The family will provide a vehicle for the candidate to use while working. The family has a full-time housekeeper. The candidate must be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement. Benefits include PTO + Healthcare (negotiated) + Paid Sick Days + Paid Holidays + Relocation expenses. Start Date is 2/1 and the family has a baby nurse they are currently working with who can assist in a seamless transition. Pay is based on experience.
