A family in Clerkenwell are looking for an active nanny to care for their 17 month old son. The ideal nanny will be caring, patient and have an easy going personality. Someone who can offer advice and suggestions as well as listening to the parents. Ideally you will have at least 5 years of appropriate experience and be Covid vaccinated. You should be someone who likes coming up with activities for him, especially to improve his communication skills. Bulgarian, Russian, Turkish or Lithuanian speaking is a huge plus. He will start nursery beginning of next calendar year for 2-3 days a week to start with, it would be useful for the nanny to do some light housekeeping while he is at nursery (e.g. cooking healthy food for him, hoovering, tidying, laundry, potentially grocery shopping). You duties will involve his general care; going to the park/finding classes; nursery duties; and keeping the house tidy. They have a cat so you must be comfortable with pets. You will work Monday to Friday, 40-45 hours a week. Most like 9am-5pm, plus 5 hours some but not every Friday evening. £16-17 /h gross
