Rota, long-term, Spanish speaking nanny in Casablanca, Morocco

A friendly, young, professional family and repeat client based in Casablanca is looking for a highly experienced and qualified rota nanny with extensive baby experience to join their lovely home and help them with their baby girl of 16 months old and a new baby due next year. The position is live-in in Casablanca, and there is extensive travel to Canada, Spain and France. The nanny will need availability to work on a 2-3 weeks rota.
The ideal candidate is experienced, educated in childcare, confident and well-organised. It is important that the nanny is able to help the child follow a routine and sleep train, whilst also collaborating with the parents to set up developmental milestones. The nanny will help the little girl to learn and develop through fun, age-appropriate activities. The nanny must be a Spanish native speaker who can also communicate in either English, French or Arabic. It is important that you have previous experience in a similar role and used to working in fully-staffed houses and HNWI families.
As a nanny, you will also be responsible for other tasks related to the wellbeing of the child. These tasks may include; dressing, bathing, washing, meal prep, playing and interacting with the child, alongside keeping the child’s play areas and bedroom neat and organised. You will need to be able to adapt to the day-to-day needs of the child and her parents. It is also important that you are kind, caring and understanding. Please note the family travel extensively and you should be travel ready.
