A private family in Los Angeles, CA seeks a warm and experienced live-in Nanny to care for their toddler aged child. This is a full-time live-in position with private and separate accommodations. The schedule is six days a week from 7:30 am-7:30 pm with evening childcare two nights a week. This position requires flexibility for last-minute requests to work longer hours and to travel with the family as needed. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood development and toddler childcare and will create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that fosters healthy development. In addition, this nanny will engage the child in thoughtful conversation, prepare healthy kid-friendly meals and snacks, clean and tidy up after child, coordinate and accompany to activities and appointments, source items, and run errands as needed. Along with primary childcare responsibilities, the candidate will be reliable, proactive, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a formal environment where positivity, etiquette, and confidentiality are highly valued.
