A lovely family of three just outside of Boston, is seeking a newborn care specialist to assist them with their new baby, expected in late February 2023. The family would love to have the NCS work 20/7 shifts for the first 8 weeks, and then transition to a 12-14/hr. schedule for an additional 2-4 months. The family will provide a separate room for the NCS, and they are willing to consider renting a separate apartment for the second part of the contract.
The family is seeking a NCS with a proven track record of successful sleep conditioning/training, as they would like their baby to be sleeping through the night by the time the NCS finishes their contract. The ideal candidate for this role will be gentle, calm, and very supportive. The family is hoping to find someone they can collaborate with, who understands when to give family time, and will ultimately respect the parents’ wishes.
