A Beverly Hills family is seeking a full-time, highly experienced nanny to provide exceptional care for their 2-year-old child, ideal for a calm, nurturing, and engaging childcare professional with a strong background in early childhood development and experience working in UHNW households; this role requires someone who can create a safe, joyful, and stimulating environment, manage daily routines with consistency, and support developmental milestones through both structured and child-led play, while fostering independence, confidence, and curiosity.
Responsibilities include planning and leading age-appropriate educational and play activities, managing meals, naps, hygiene, outdoor play, and reading time, maintaining a high level of safety, discretion, and awareness, and preparing healthy, balanced meals and snacks aligned with parental preferences, as well as curating and organising the child’s wardrobe, packing for outings and travel, and keeping the child’s bedroom and play areas impeccably organised.
The nanny will travel with the family domestically and internationally, ensuring seamless packing, smooth transitions, and emotional comfort for the child across time zones and new environments, with flexibility for occasional extended hours as needed. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves daily updates to parents on routines and developmental progress and respectful collaboration with household staff, while maintaining strict confidentiality and UHNW standards at all times.
The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, and the position offers a competitive rate of up to $40 per hour for the right candidate.
