Location: Beverly Hills
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12:30-7:30pm with flex as needed for later nights
Compensation: $40/hour +, DOE
An amazing family in Beverly Hills is seeking a STELLAR and energetic Family Assistant who can also act as a house manager to join their team. This is a busy household, and there are 3 boys in the home (ages 12, 9 and 4). We are seeking someone who is outgoing, active, cheerful, thoughtful, and organized. MUST have experience working in a busy atmosphere, have the energy to keep up, and be a top-notch communicator.
The ideal candidate can adapt to changes in their daily routine and be on board with assisting with a variety of tasks. They are looking for candidates that have excellent communication skills, are honest, kind, and organized. They hope to work with someone who can provide an enjoyable, sincere, and productive environment while still being able to generate firm, yet loving boundaries. It is imperative that you are comfortable implementing discipline according to the family’s preferences/systems in place, keeping the boys on track.
We would love to find someone who takes initiative, has impeccable manners, respects boundaries, and is extremely intuitive with excellent common sense. Will demonstrate problem solving skills and be great at anticipating needs. The children will thrive alongside someone who is fun-loving and friendly while being able to provide structure and guidance. Candidates who are athletic, creative, enjoy outside activities and swimming would be the best fit to keep up with 3 dynamic children. College degree preferred, but not required.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Errands for the house/family— grocery store, gassing cars, shopping, package returns, gift buying, picking up dry cleaning, etc.
Assisting around the house with organizational needs, management of vendors.
Assistance with dinner parties/events, movement of furniture or just helping with set up, as well as clean up.
Anything that pertains to the children (mostly the two older boys): Management of schedules, homework help, driving to activities, playing sports, help with dinner and bedtime rituals (cooking is not a requirement but a bonus if you can!)
Business support: unboxing/shipping for showroom needs, help with heavy lifting, driving packages to clients as needed, set up lunch for staff meetings on occasion.
