Lovely Bedford, NY family of four is seeking a live-in Nanny to provide exceptional care for their two children (ages 4 months & 2 years). Candidate will be assisting a stay-at-home mom. Responsibilities include all aspects of childcare, such as preparing nutritious meals and bottles, maintaining cleanliness in play areas, washing toys, getting children ready for the day, children’s laundry, as well as actively engaging with children in age-appropriate activities to ensure a stimulating environment. Although childcare is the primary responsibility, candidate will also run errands and occasional pet care as needed. A car will be provided for work purposes. Must have a valid’s driver’s license, swim, and be flexible for occasional travel. Ideal candidate is warm, energetic, nurturing and someone who will be a positive role model. Family is open to accommodating a 5 or 7-day live-in. Private bedroom and bath are provided. Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm with flexibility to work evenings/weekends if needed. $40-$45/hr+DOE, 2 weeks of PTO, 3 sick days, major holidays paid and no health insurance.
