Private family in the Atherton area is seeking a full-time ROTA nanny to help with their two toddler-aged children. The couple’s ideal candidate is highly communicative, self-driven, and high-energy with attention to detail and a willingness to grow with the family as they grow in the future. The typical schedule will be 24/7 with a monitor, seven days on/off rotational between two nannies. When the family is traveling, the length of time can change, depending on whether they are domestic or international, so someone with flexibility and understanding is key! While the candidate is working, they will be a live-in, within the home, with a private bedroom and bathroom. When it is their off week, they should live locally, so they are within driving distance of getting to work and flights are not something the family needs to worry about. The family is seeking someone who is already local to the Bay Area- they are not looking to relocate any candidates. The family is looking to fill this role as soon as possible.
